I found the staff helpful. The manager diego was particularly kind. our triple room with an en-suite bathroom was clean. the location proved quiet, situated in a pleasant area with good transport connections, with access to places like parc guell. the kitchen facilities included individual fridges plus crockery and cutlery for each room, well organized and very clean.
the room lacked a window for fresh air, though this did not greatly impact my overall satisfaction.

i found host diego very cute, he provided bus information and allowed early access to my room. he gave me a helpful tour highlighting city attractions on a map. the rooms were very clean, cleaned every other day, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking needs. i really loved the location close to amenities.
the room felt tiny, and sound insulation wasn't great. i could clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms.
